During Installation, if only the VMD display comes up without the main window, make sure your .vmdrc file contains these lines:

menu main on
menu graphics on
menu files on


All structures MUST be run through FTMAP before being processed with FTProd: FTMAP Online server

If the FTProd Table window comes up saying "No data", it is likely that either no structures have been loaded into VMD or no structures were selected for processing in the FTProd main window.
